What you will do:
We are looking for an organized and proactive LMS Administrator to join our Talent Development Operations team to help us expand and promote our global learning resources to our community here at Mediaocean.
Working as part of the Talent Development Operations team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring employees have a smooth experience of Learning Hub - our Learning Management System (LMS) - supporting global initiatives and our digital learning strategy through vital system, content and data maintenance.
As LMS Administrator you will support employees to engage effectively with Learning Hub through content maintenance and migration, regular employee data uploads, assignment of key learning to employees, completion reporting, and tracking of issues with the LMS provider.
To support the global team, the role will require the successful candidate to work shifts: 3-days a week 2pm-10pm IST, 2-days 9-5pm IST
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring consistency in employee data through the timely management of employee profile creation, deactivation and employee changes.
- Effective course management through the upload and maintenance of course content, files and and learning paths.
- Monthly completion reports relating to compliance learning.
- Capturing accurate attendance and completion data within the LMS relating to eLearning and ILT (instructor led training).
- Optimizing the learner experience through review of learner journey, administration of new features, and troubleshooting tech issues faced by employees.
- Support the wider TDO team with scheduling/communication for global events.
Who you are:
- An organized individual with a keen eye for detail, who can ensure data accuracy.
- Demonstratable experience of data entry and software skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, confident in communicating with our global team.
- Experience of course management and maintaining and updating data within a Learning Management System is highly desirable (preferably Litmos or SAP Success Factors Learning).
- Experience with HTML is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel.
