Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Technical Storyteller and AdTech Expert to join our growing team. This role is a critical bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering, serving as the trusted technical expert during the sales cycle. You'll translate complex Ad Verification capabilities into clear business value for prospective clients, helping them navigate the challenges of the modern AdTech ecosystem. If you have a strong technical orientation and a desire to problem solve in a pre-sales motion, keep reading.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AdTech and is well versed in navigating VAST tags, JavaScript, IMG pixels, ad serving data collection, programmatic media buying, walled garden limitations and the importance of ecosystem integrity etc.

You will effectively unite sales and technical strategy. This involves helping clients understand the immense value of our integrated Ad Verification solution that is integrated directly into the Innovid Ad Server by leading Proof of Concepts and partnering directly with sellers to drive the technical "win" and accelerate deal closure.

What You’ll Do

Technical Orientation

  • Expert Product Knowledge: Achieve and maintain a deep, expert-level understanding of our entire Ad Verification platform, including implementation methodologies, data flows, and technical integrations (e.g., APIs, SDKs, measurement tags).

  • Technical Discovery: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with technical and business stakeholders to uncover key implementation requirements, and primary pain points related to ad fraud, brand safety, and media quality.

  • Proof of Concept (POC) Management: Scope, manage, and execute effective pilot programs, defining success criteria and ensuring the clients' business challenges are addressed, and outcomes are achieved.

Sales & Value Consultation

  • Run killer demos: Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations that clearly tie platform functionality to realized business value

  • Objection Handling: Confidently address and overcome technical and competitive objections throughout the sales process.

  • Content Support: Collaborate on the creation of technical proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and Statement of Work (SOW) documents.

  • Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer, synthesizing feedback on market demands and competitive trends to inform our Product and Engineering teams.

Who You Are

  • Drives for the win: Advertisers' budgets are tight. Selling in a highly saturated market with fierce competitors comes with challenges. You hold yourself to a high win-rate.

  • AdTech expert: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the broader AdTech landscape, including DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers, Tag Management Systems, Walled Gardens, and media agency processes. You probably follow Digital Chadvertising on Instragram

  • Intellectually curious: Someone who asks “why” five times. You are driven by intrinsic motivation to explore and learn more

  • Have extreme ownership: Want to own outcomes, not just complete tasks — you care whether the client succeeds, not just whether the technology works

  • Jack of all trades: In a lean, fast moving environment, you thrive on wearing multiple hats simultaneously and get your hands dirty

  • Not shy: We have a remote team across multiple time zones. To succeed, engagement with cross-functional team members is imperative. Time to show off your sharp Slack skills — gifs highly encouraged.
