What You Will Do:

Talent Development strategically grows employees’ skills, knowledge, and potential through training, mentoring, and leadership programs aligned to business needs and company goals. This summer, the team will launch our new Learning Management System (LMS), with a core objective of driving adoption and demonstrating impact through analytics. (The internship program will coincide with the roll-out of our SAP Learning module in early summer.)

We'd love to engage an intern to help us launch the LMS with energy and fun - supporting employee adoption, building engaging communications, and analyzing success (traffic, engagement with content, completions, and more). They'll collaborate across Talent Development and partner teams to market the new tool, experiment with audience‑centric messaging, and produce insight that shapes ongoing strategy.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Track and analyze LMS adoption: build weekly dashboards and reports covering site traffic, registrations, course starts/completions, repeat visits, search behavior, and content performance; extract insights and recommendations. Work with the team to gather feedback and share success stories.
  • Design and review effectiveness of comms campaigns: draft copy and visuals for email, Slack, and intranet; tailor messages to different roles/regions; identify what drives click‑through and course engagement; share clear learnings.
  • Help plan out our ‘Learning Olympics’ summer learning event! Craft playful engagements (e.g., scavenger hunts, quizzes etc).
  • Connect with learners through targeted focus groups, and feedback from our employees about their learning experiences.

Who You Are:

  • Organized, collaborative, and eager to experiment.
  • Curiosity about how people learn and a passion for helping others grow.
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills; ability to write clear, friendly, inclusive copy.
  • Comfort with data: Excel (pivot tables, charts), and an ability to interpret trends; exposure to Power BI or Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Basic design sensibility (PowerPoint/Canva) to create on‑brand visuals. (We’ll provide brand guidelines and Word/PowerPoint templates.)

Our 2026 Summer Internship Program is scheduled to run from June 1st through July 31st. Selected interns can expect to work 40 hours per week. Compensation for this role is $19.00/hour.

This position is open to candidates who are able to commute to our NYC office.

We would hate to miss out on your application because you do not meet every requirement – transferrable skills and education will also be considered, so please do not hesitate to apply!
