The Senior Manager, Global Office Operations is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of the company’s global office network. This role ensures that all office locations operate efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with corporate goals, culture, and compliance standards. The Senior Manager will lead global workplace strategy, optimize real estate and facilities management, oversee office services, and ensure a seamless employee workplace experience worldwide.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement a global office operations strategy that supports business growth, scalability, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee global real estate portfolio, including office leasing, renewals, expansions, consolidations, and cost optimization.
  • Lead workplace transformation initiatives, ensuring office spaces reflect the company’s culture, sustainability goals, and evolving hybrid work models.
  • Establish and standardize office management practices across regions to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Oversee facilities management, workplace services, security, health & safety, and vendor relationships globally.
  • Drive process improvements and implement technology solutions for workplace operations and services.
  • Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place for all global locations.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and Business Leaders to ensure the workplace experience fosters productivity, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Manage and mentor regional office operations managers and facilities teams across multiple geographies.
  • Champion sustainability, wellness, and diversity initiatives within the workplace environment.
  • Develop and manage global office operations budgets, ensuring cost control and ROI on investments.
  • Negotiate vendor and service provider contracts at a global scale.
  • Track and report key metrics related to workplace operations, employee satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in global office/facilities operations, real estate management, or workplace services.
  • Proven experience managing a global portfolio of offices across multiple countries.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and change management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with workplace technology platforms, real estate management systems, and sustainability best practices.

 

The total budget for this role is between $90,000 and $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
