What You Will Do:

As a Hosting Infrastructure Intern, you will have the opportunity to build hands-on experience in Operations, Networking, and/or Databases while helping the team take on important work that may have been waiting in the backlog. You will learn the “nuts and bolts” of how our hosting environment runs and contribute to meaningful improvements that move team objectives forward.

Responsibilities will include:

• Build a dashboard that gives teams quick visibility into out-of-date software, ranked by risk
• Develop a department portal that documents processes, ticketing requirements, common issues, performance troubleshooting, best practices, and team resources
• Help build and/or improve the infrastructure that supports and scales the business

Who You Are:

• Familiar with operating systems and interested in digging into technical details
• Bring a proactive, curious mindset and a steady, practical approach to day-to-day challenges
• Ask questions early and often, acknowledge mistakes openly, and seek help in a timely manner
• Able to communicate clearly across teams and collaborate effectively in a remote-working culture

Our 2026 Summer Internship Program is scheduled to run from June 1st through July 31st. Selected interns can expect to work 40 hours per week. Compensation for this role is $19.00/hour. 

This position is open to candidates who are able to commute to our NYC office.
