What You Will Do:

Mediaocean is constantly navigating through the hybrid world while maintaining and continuously building our work culture - ultimately bringing the best and safest workplace experience for our company. To ensure we are creating and continuously improving our workplace experience, we want to drive consistency in our internal processes and deliver the best workplace experience while balancing our company goals. The Office Operations Intern will be assisting in employee engagement activity planning and execution, documentation and formalizing internal processes, understanding and balancing our real estate footprint vs. people needs.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Review policies and internal office operations procedures including creating and/or revising existing documentation.

  • Planning and executing our internal workplace experience events in office and offsite venues.

  • Create and/or enhance our employee engagement in-office activities

  • Complete market research on effective and impactful workplace experience perks and activities.

  • Tracking improvements on facility repairs and maintenance

  • Help create and/or improve our real estate portfolio record keeping.

  • Documentation of Health & Safety procedures for our offices.

  • Collaborate with various departments through the organization

 

Who You Are:  

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Hospitality or similar field of study

  • Excellent attention to detail; strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an interest in data analysis

  • Passionate about workplace experience and a “people person”

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills 

  • Ability to multitask efficiently and to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 

 

Our 2025 Summer Internship Program is scheduled to run from June 2nd through August 1st. Selected interns can expect to work 40 hours per week.

 

Compensation for this role is $17.00/hour.
