What You Will Do:

As a Partner Success, Associate you'll help to manage the daily needs of our partners by identifying, researching, and troubleshooting questions and issues related to the platform. In this role, you will support the team in resolving challenges, documenting findings, and ensuring partners feel confident using our solutions. You will also help analyze recurring questions or patterns to uncover trends and opportunities that improve efficiency, strengthen partner satisfaction, and enhance overall experience for both partners and the organization.  

 


Responsibilities will include: 
 

  • You’ll assist with onboarding agency and customer teams, guide them as they learn the platform, and help them understand how to get the most out of it.
  • Support daily project management activities, including implementation tasks, QA, and reporting needs across Local TV, Radio, National TV, and Digital campaigns.
  • Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings by preparing agendas, capturing detailed notes, and driving follow-ups to ensure progress.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned partners and agency teams to support long-term success and collaboration.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive account documentation—such as billing information, technical specs, contacts, and business goals—ensuring accuracy, organization, and visibility across cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in strategic discussions and workshops with assigned clients and agency stakeholders.
  • Assist with Salesforce maintenance, monthly pacing reviews, and billing processes for your assigned accounts.
  • Uphold process workflows and SLAs to ensure consistent and reliable delivery for internal and external teams.
  • Support clear, timely communication to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on expectations.

 

Who You Are:

  • Someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and excited about the advertising space and helping partners succeed.
  • Experience with web service tools, such as Postman is preferred. 
  • A clear and friendly communicator who can build trust and positive relationships with both partners and internal teams.
  • Organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
  • Curious and proactive, willing to dive into new technical and business concepts to better support partners and solve problems.
  • Comfortable keeping documentation up to date and learning tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, Zendesk, and Jira as part of daily workflows.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and learning from a variety of perspectives.
  • Ability to support go-to-market efforts, improving processes, and helping drive adoption of new solutions.
  • Focused on contributing to meaningful outcomes that create value for partners and the organization.

Our budgeted compensation range for this opportunity is $65,000 - $75,000 commensurate with experience & skills. This position is open to candidates near our New York City office who are open to a hybrid work arrangement.
