The Revenue Reporting Manager will develop a deep understanding of the Company’s revenue streams and billing processes and play a key role in identifying and resolving billing issues. This role assists the month-end close by reviewing processes and deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established deadlines.
The Revenue Reporting Manager will be responsible for accounts receivable and revenue reporting, as well as preparing ad hoc analyses as requested. This position reports to the VP Billing and works closely with the Accounting, Billing, Sales, and Client Support teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting.
What You Will Do:
- Review balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end close cycles
- Prepare revenue analysis and reporting for multiple subsidiaries
- Prepare Ad Hoc A/R and Revenue reporting for internal partners
- Prepare A/R analysis, DSO and Allowance reports
- Prepare Deferred Revenue schedules monthly
- Assist in managing audit request workflows and responses, audit support as needed, ensure that files are compliant with all company policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development of the business process documentation and standard operating procedures to strengthen financial reporting and internal controls
- Proactively forge strong working relationships with assigned partners. Provide timely and candid communication on statuses, problems and timelines
- Ensure compliance with firm deadlines and policies
- Proactively recommend and implement process, procedural and policy enhancements
- Liaise with and support finance functions outside of billing
- Promote a positive, energetic culture featuring accountability, strong communication, teamwork, collaboration and excellence
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience with understanding of accounting principles
- Ideal candidates are team players, self-motivated, enthusiastic, able to establish good relationships with team members, and able to work quickly and concisely while under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to successfully deal with employee and customer questions to resolve issues
- Excellent time management skills; ability to meet critical deadlines, high level of accuracy and accountability
- Ability to work with complex issues and reconciliations
- Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities, and actively seek out process efficiencies and improvements
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong Analytical skills

Our budgeted compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 + bonus, commensurate with skills and experience.
