What You Will Do:

 

As a member of the Customer Solutions Team (within Prisma’s Global Customer Success Team), you will work with Sales, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to centralize information and share business performance. The Manager of Sales Operations will be a strategic business partner to support functions essential to sales productivity. These functions include planning, forecasting, reporting, deal intelligence, sales process optimization, and sales compensation administration.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales/revenue operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Must be detail-oriented, a strategic thinker, and bring a proactive approach to the position. This expertise will help improve overall sales efficiency and drive the Prisma business forward.

 

This role will report to the SVP of Customer Solutions.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Understand the go-to-market strategy and identify short- and long-term initiatives to drive growth
  • Partner with Sales to manage pipeline, bookings, and other KPIs for accuracy and reporting
  • Support the weekly, monthly and quarterly sales bookings and forecast reporting process including attending pipeline meetings, performing analytics, and interpreting sales data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support decision-making
  • Support key leaders in the Deal Desk process to ensure new, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities can be discussed and summarized effectively between Executives, Sales, Finance, and Legal
  • Partner with the SVP of Customer Solutions in leading the “Contract Council” to assist in the structure of RFP responses and customer contracts; support Legal on enhancements to the MSA, Order Form, and other related legal documents
  • Collaborate with the SVP of Customer Solutions and SVP of Sales to identify and execute process improvements for commercial team members
  • Partner with CRM Administration for user setup and workflow management; help to maintain and improve data quality
  • Manage the sales compensation program; partner with Finance on administration to ensure accurate and timely payments to program participants
  • Support Finance in budget preparation and forecasting; share sales status, key trends, and forecast implications
  • Recognize and resolve problems; prioritize critical issues in the near-term while mapping longer-term solutions
  • Establish and build effective relationships throughout the organization

 

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales / Revenue Operations; experience within a software sales organization and with financial analysis is preferred
  • Experience at an Ad Tech organization a plus
  • Salesforce experience (Required)
  • Proficient in MS Office; strength in Excel (Required)
  • Sharp eye for details and consistency; ability to capture all information and translate it into an easily digestible format
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on synthesizing and communicating data & insights for an executive audience
  • Research and analytical skills; ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and manage expectations
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, own your business, and follow through
  • People management experience a plus

The budget for this role is between $85,000 and $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

 

This role is open to fully remote candidates, as well as candidates based in New York City who are able to work in a hybrid capacity.
