The Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist will play a key role in advancing our social impact and corporate responsibility initiatives, ensuring they are deeply integrated into our corporate strategy, operations, and culture. This position will support the Director of CSR in evaluating current efforts, setting ambitious goals, and driving measurable progress across sustainability, corporate governance, and a diverse and inclusive workplace.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, strong collaborator, and skilled project manager with a passion for corporate sustainability, equity, and social impact.
What You Will Do:

Lead internal campaigns, newsletters, and events to foster a culture of sustainability to integrate sustainability into positive brand value.

Deliver sustainability training, best practices, and internal communications to employees company-wide.

Guide and implement the Employee Donation Matching Program and organize volunteer opportunities for employees.

Work closely with internal teams to increase awareness and engagement in the global Belong @ Mediaocean program.

Define DEI program objectives and lead the rollout of initiatives to enhance inclusivity and employee engagement organization-wide.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to cultivate partnerships and enhance the diversity of candidate pipelines.

Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver curricula fostering cultural competency at all levels and facilitate trainings and communications campaigns.

Monitor DEI program metrics, analyze impact, and recommend strategies for improvement.

Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and other internal committees to elevate global visibility of inclusion programs.

Identify and nurture external partnerships that align with our social responsibility goals and community engagement strategies.
Who You Are:

4+ years of experience in corporate sustainability and/or DEI program management.

Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and DEI best practices.

Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and building engagement around corporate initiatives.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder audiences.

Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into strategy.

The budget for this role is between $70,000 and $80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 1x week in our Chicago office.
