What You Will Do:
The Associate Content Developer at Mediaocean produces clear, user-friendly technical documentation. This role is essential in ensuring all users have accessible, accurate information about Mediaocean’s products and services.
Responsibilities will include:
- Transform complex technical documents into easy-to-understand materials, such as manuals and help articles, always focusing on the audience's perspective.
- Design educational programs that suit different learning backgrounds and needs. Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to make resources accessible to everyone.
- Choose the best methods to organize and present content logically, using modular designs and visuals as needed. Consistency with design standards is key for clarity across all documents.
- Create and update training materials, e-learning videos to support both employees and clients as products evolve.
- Communicate procedures and troubleshooting steps accurately and simply.
- Work with experts to gather information. Collaborate to ensure all documentation meets high standards and user needs.
Who You Are:
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, English, or a related field
- Strong interest in working with APIs and XML, and ability to learn new technical concepts quickly
- Ability to translate technical information into clear text and visuals
- Self-motivation and ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Adherence to corporate style and editorial guidelines
- Work efficiently on multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality work on tight deadlines
- Maintain a consistent style, tone, and format in all documentation, reflecting Mediaocean’s brand and professionalism

The budget for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
