Company Description

Innovid is the leading independent omnichannel ad tech platform, empowering marketers to create, deliver, measure, and optimize ad-supported experiences that people love. In 2025, Innovid and Flashtalking merged to create a transparent, scalable alternative to big-tech, walled-gardens, and point solutions across CTV, digital, linear, and social channels. As part of Mediaocean, Innovid is tied into the industry’s core ad infrastructure for omnichannel planning, buying, and billing. We are proud to lead the industry with our innovation, intelligence, and independence as the company best-suited to power the future of advertising.

Job Description

Innovid is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented, and technical Salesforce Administrator to join our global Revenue Operations team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This role sits within Innovid’s Revenue Operations (RevOps) organization—a cross-functional team structured across specialized pillars: Enablement, Systems, Commissions, Insights, AI, and Operations.

As a key technical anchor of the System and Operations pillars, the Senior Revenue Operations Salesforce Manager will partner closely with RevOps Leadership to own the day-to-day administration, configuration, integration, and optimization of our Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem. This role may cover the end-to-end commercial lifecycle—executing pre-sales and post-sales system updates, automating workflows, maintaining clean data architecture, and embedding modern Salesforce AI capabilities into daily commercial operations.

This is a high-impact position for a seasoned SFDC expert who combines deep platform configuration skills with a strong understanding of revenue workflows across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Operations.

The Impact You'll Make:

Salesforce Administration, Automation & Core Configuration

  • Own end-to-end administration and ongoing configuration of Innovid's Salesforce instance, supporting both pre-sales revenue motions (lead management, opportunity lifecycle, CPQ, pipeline tracking) and post-sales processes (client onboarding, account hygiene, renewal management, expansion workflows).

  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and Flows, including complex multi-step automation that spans several objects or systems.

  • Execute regular maintenance releases, system updates, and platform enhancements, ensuring high system uptime, performance optimization, and seamless user experience across pre- and post-sale tools.

  • Serve as the primary technical point of escalation for complex bug resolution, system troubleshooting, and tier-2/tier-3 operational support.

System Integrations & Tech Stack Architecture

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize third-party integrations across the sales funnel (e.g., Marketo, Planhat, Chorus, ERP/Billing systems, sales engagement tools) via APIs, native connectors, and middleware.

  • Work closely with Revenue Systems engineers and IT to ensure seamless, bi-directional data flow across our entire commercial tech stack.

  • Maintain strict data architecture standards, user access controls (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and data hygiene to ensure audit-ready reporting and analytics.

Commercial AI & Salesforce Agentforce Deployment

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce AI features (including Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, Prompt Builder, Einstein Copilot/AI Agents, and predictive/generative AI tools) to drive commercial productivity.

  • Partner with the RevOps AI and Insights pillars to integrate predictive scoring, automated activity logging, and AI-driven recommendations into pre-sales lead prioritization and post-sales renewal/health monitoring workflows.

  • Continuously evaluate emerging SFDC features and tools, bringing forward proactive solutions that streamline sales workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Cross-Functional Execution & Governance

  • Translate business requirements from Sales, Client Success, Enablement, and Commissions leaders into clear technical specifications and scalable system builds.

  • Oversee sandbox deployment pipelines, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and comprehensive technical documentation.

  • Partner with Enablement to ensure smooth change management and user adoption for new system rollouts.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, configuration, and architecture within a B2B SaaS, AdTech, or high-growth tech environment.

  • Full Revenue Lifecycle Expertise: Deep operational understanding of both pre-sale (Lead-to-Opportunity, CPQ, Pipeline) and post-sale (Renewals, CS health, Expansion) operations.

  • Integration Expertise: Proven track record connecting SFDC with third-party sales tools, marketing automation platforms, CS tools, and billing engines via APIs or middleware.

  • Advanced Flow & Automation Skills: Mastery of complex Salesforce Flows, data modeling, validation logic, and sandbox deployment management (DevOps Center, Copado, or Change Sets).

  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator required; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or CRM Analytics/Einstein Specialist certifications strongly preferred.

  • Location & Language: Based in or near Buenos Aires, Argentina (hybrid working model) with advanced/fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) for daily collaboration with global teams across North America and EMEA.

  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills—able to bridge technical build details with commercial business outcomes.

Nice to Have:

  • SFDC Development Skills: Experience writing or maintaining Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and custom API integrations.

  • Hands-on AI Experience in Salesforce: Direct, practical experience implementing or administering SFDC AI solutions (Salesforce Einstein, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, or predictive/generative AI workflows).

What We'll Offer:

  • Unlimited Vacations
  • Monthly Inflation updates
  • Lunch Credit
  • OSDE 410 as medical assurance
  • English lessons
  • Gym coverage
  • Internet coverage
  • Stock Appreciation Units
  • 1 extra paid month for primary & secondary birthing caregivers
  • Learning & Development - Tools and Training
  • Hybrid & flexible working model - nice offices in Parque Chas with endless snacks & beverages
  • High visibility roles with a tremendous amount of growth potential
  • Global team and cross-company collaboration unlike anywhere else!
